Yes, I will always work with customers with multiple item purchases to reduce shipping costs.

What is your return policy?
I have different return policies so please read carefully. Returns on Manufactured Items A manufactured item is anything except custom orders and reborn babies. If you need to return a manufactured item to Lasting Memories Reborn Nursery please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item by email at [email protected] There will be a 10% restocking fee on all manufactured items. Refunds are given minus the restocking fee and minus shipping costs. I do not pay to have the item shipped back to me. If I make an error with your purchase and the wrong item is send I will issue a full refund or I will ship the correct item to you once I receive the incorrect item back. CUSTOM ORDER REFUNDS AND RETURNS There is a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on any custom doll order. Any refunds after you receive your doll will be minus this amount and will be handled on a case to case basis. REBORN BABY REFUNDS AND RETURNS I stand behind my reborn creations 100%. If for any reason you are not completly happy with your baby once you receive him or her I will give a refund minus shipping costs once the baby has been safely returned to my nursery. The baby must be returned with all of the items that he or she came with and in the mint condition that he or she was in when they traveled to your home. If the baby is damaged in anyway I will not issue a refund. If the baby was damaged on its way to your home I will need the baby to be sent back to me in the original packaging. If you could take pictures before you open the box of any damage to the box that would also be helpful. All of my babies travel with postal insurance. A claim will be filed with the post office on your behalf.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Please allow 10 days for orders to be shipped on manufactured items. All items are shipped on Saturdays only! Custom orders will take between 2 and 8 weeks depending on the custom work involved. I will provide shipping information on your order when I ship the order.

Do you ship International?
YES! I welcome all international customers. I offer worldwide shipping on most of my products. I say most because some of the products that I have available are not allowed to be shipped internationally. Please email me for shipping rates to your country. I comply with all international export laws. If an item is illegal or not allowed I will state this in the description of the item. I DO NOT USE SAND IN ANY OF MY BABIES. This being said I do use fine glass beads that can be confused with sand. Therefore on international baby purchases I always include a sealed bag containing a sample of the glass beads with a description of the glass beads. This way customs will not tear apart a baby. IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED PLEASE EMAIL ME. I SHIP WORLDWIDE!

What is your payment instructions?
I accept the following payments Google checkout PayPal Personal Check (United States only) Company Check (United States Only) Postal Money Orders (United States Only) I also except Payment Plans. I require a 50% down payment with the remainder to be worked out into monthly payments. Each arrangement is made on a case to case basis. Please email me prior to bidding to work out the terms. If you do not email me to discuss the payment arrangement option a full payment will be expected at the close of the sale. Payments are expected within 7 days. If you are paying with checks or money orders please email me and let me know this. If I do not receive payment or hear from you about your payment I will have to assume you did not pay. Send a simple email stating that you are paying with a check or a money order! If there is any problems or questions regarding your order, Please contact me. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO A GREAT ONLINE BUYING EXPERIENCE.
